We are seeking a creative and talented Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing visually stunning and effective campaigns across multiple mediums including print, digital, and video.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for advertising campaigns
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective visual content
Lead and mentor a team of designers and artists
Manage and direct photo and video shoots
Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in an advertising agency or design firm
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and campaigns
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with video and motion graphics is a plus
Understanding of print and digital production processes
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills
