We are seeking a creative and experienced Video Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video production concepts and techniques, with experience in producing and editing videos for various mediums including social media, websites, and events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and scripts for video projects

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and execute video shoots

• Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment

• Edit and post-produce videos using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

• Develop and maintain video production schedules and budgets

• Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines across all videos

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field

• Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role in a video production or advertising agency environment

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and videos

• Excellent video production and editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

• Understanding of lighting and sound design principles

• Ability to operate and maintain video production equipment

• Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
