We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques, with experience in designing for various digital mediums including web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and develop product features and functionalities

• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and behavior

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications

• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines

• Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines across all designs

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in UX/UI design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in a software development environment

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and designs

• Excellent design and prototyping skills using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision

• Understanding of front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
